We have been talking about healthy eating this week. We know what can be healthy for us to eat and we know what we should only have a little of. We designed a salad using our favourite ingredients. We thought of something new that we would like to try in our salad. For homework, we chopped up all of our ingredients and brought them in. We sculpted with them – making palm trees, faces and other designs. Of course, we had to eat them afterwards. We shared our left over ingredients with our friends and we tasted avocado, kidney beans, radish and beetroot together.
