We have been on a yoga Pirate Island adventure this week. We concentrated on listening, breathing and stretching in the warm up before using yoga to help us tell a pirate adventure story. We tried really hard to balance in different yoga positions – we were brilliant at using our strong muscles to hold the poses! Can you spot a boat, a dolphin, a flag pole and a ship’s mast? After our adventure we cooled down and thought about how to relax our bodies.
